International Motion Control Acquires Turn-Act
Buffalo, NY - International Motion Control today
announced its purchase of Turn-Act Incorporated;
a leading manufacturer of innovative automation
products based in Louisville, Kentucky. The wide
range of products will be sold within the global
network of IMC's Automation Group.
Turn-Act's product portfolio includes pneumatic
rotary actuators, slides, thrusters, multiple
motion actuators and air transfer systems. Turn-Act
products are specified in applications that range
from simple conveyor stops to complex multi-axis
assembly systems found throughout the motion control
industry. Key markets for Turn-Act include automotive,
conveying, medical, packaging, pharmaceutical,
aerospace and semi-conductor among others.
